R. Joseph Bower is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a former Director with Price Waterhouse Coopers, having global responsibility within the company for relationship development and management for several Fortune 100 aerospace and defense companies. He has more than 34 years experience in the area of finance and accounting and earned an MBA with an emphasis on Management and Quantitative Methods. During his career, Bower has managed financial and strategic planning functions, as well as been the Controller and Chief Financial Officer in both manufacturing and service companies.

During his 17-year history with professional services firms, Bower facilitated and/or managed engagements involving financial modeling and forecasting, strategic plan development, and change management. In addition, he has supported clients in acquisitions and divestures, as well as integration of acquisitions. Bower has a BS in Accounting from Indiana State University and an MBA from the University of Dayton.
