About this Grantee

Middle school students and the community will be involved in the planning, design, and integration of alternative energy sources that power a greenhouse.  In order to increase student achievement in science, each grade level will focus on a different aspect of the greenhouse project.  Culminating activities will include communicating project results to other grade levels and selling plants and vegetables that are harvested in the spring.
