About this Grantee
Ms. Gentile and Mrs. Sprang will lead yearlong professional learning community intent on investigating the impact of formative assessment on student learning. In an effort to support teacher learning in a way that is manageable and sustainable, faculty at Indian Hill will study and pilot activities around the concept of differentiation. Teachers involved in the learning community will become proficient in specific techniques such as tiered assignments, flexible grouping, learning contracts, and various pre-assessment techniques.
