About this Grantee
Drs. Kim and Allison will lead the "Scholars Linking Theory and Practice" project, a collegial study that will evaluate a new teaching strategy for a research course in the Educational Administration Program, which trains future administrative leaders for K-12 schools. The proposed teaching strategy will make class experience meaningful and enjoyable by integrating student action research, field experience, and scholarly publication. The final evaluation of the project will include assessing the level of students' knowledge and skills as well as their attitudes towards research and the impact of action research in K-12 public schools.
