R. Joseph Bower is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a former Director with Price Waterhouse Coopers, having global responsibility within the firm for relationship development and management for several Fortune 100 aerospace and defense companies. 

Bower has more than 37 years experience in the area of finance and accounting and earned an MBA with an emphasis on Management and Quantitative Methods.  During his career, he has managed financial and strategic planning functions and has been the Controller and Chief Financial Officer in both manufacturing and service companies. 

Over his 19 year history with professional services firms, Bower facilitated and/or managed engagements involving financial modeling and forecasting, strategic plan development, and change management.  In addition, he has supported clients in acquisitions and divestures, as well as integration of acquisitions.  Bower has a BS in Accounting from Indiana State University and an MBA from the University of Dayton.
