Therese Crane
Therese "Terry" K. Crane, Ed.D is the former Vice President for Education and Family Products at America Online. She was responsible for education strategy and initiatives including AOL@SCHOOL, the Research and Learn, and Parenting categories serving 34 million homes worldwide.
As the 2003 Chairperson of the Partnership for 21st Century Skills, Crane worked with corporations and educators to set a vision for the 21st century learning environment.
In 2003, Crane started an educational consulting practice to work with paradigm-changing companies and institutions that seek to move into the 21st century with real solutions for challenging issues. She previously served as President of Compass Learning, once Jostens Learning Corporation, and led Apple Computer's North American Education Division in the 1990s. She serves on the boards of Questia Media, Tutor.com, Camden Learning Corporation and the Western Governor's University.
