Each spring, the Foundation invites all NEA state, federal, and direct affiliate to nominate one outstanding educator for these prestigious awards.
Don’t miss this opportunity to shine the spotlight on an excellent educator from your state. Please note all educators must be nominated by an NEA affiliate. If you are an individual who would like to nominate an outstanding educator, please contact the appropriate NEA state or direct affiliate.
With our online nomination process, each eligible NEA affiliate has a unique logon identification, enabling you to electronically nominate a candidate for the 2013 awards.

All applications for the awards must be submitted via the online system, by Tuesday, May 1, 2012. However, if you would like to download a hard copy of the 2013 guidelines and application for use at the state level, click here.
