Closing the Achievement Gaps Resources
See selected seminal and recent research on the "why" of the achievement gaps as well as strategies to close them.
We work with our partners to develop resources to support educators and enhance teaching and learning. Recently, we developed a Creating an Allied Foundation: a Toolkit for NEA Affiliates a practical guide to create a new allied foundation or to strengthen one that already exists. Also, we partnered with Pennies For Peace, the international service-learning program of Greg Mortenson, the best-selling author Three Cups of Tea, to provide a downloadable standards-aligned curriculum for all grade levels to learn about life and culture in Afghanistan and Pakistan and support work to build schools abroad.NEA Foundation Resources for Educators and Affiliates
