The NEA Foundation developed Creating an Allied
Foundation: a Toolkit for NEA Affiliates and accompanying video to
offer guidance to NEA Affiliates on how to conceptualize and create a
foundation. The NEA Foundation created these materials in response to
requests from many affiliates in hopes of assisting their overall
efforts to strengthen public education.
