Through “Parkview Elementary and Stepping Stone Theatre Create a Play,” students will engage in a two month performing arts program. Students will use theater arts to develop cultural competence and a deeper understanding of both community and fictional story structure. Concurrently, staff members will examine student data and discuss ways in which culture impacts both teaching and learning.
