Ms. Lavold will attend Harvard’s Project Zero Summer Institute.Upon completion of the program, Ms. Lavold will return to her district and apply the principles of the institute in a progressive and innovative professional growth opportunity for her colleagues.She will create a lab school setting where she and her colleagues will observe, implement, and improve pedagogical practices with a focus on student engagement and achievement.
