The Lincoln Middle School science team will use the transition to the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) as a vehicle for developing a cohesive science program. Program activities will engage students and foster creative inquiry through Process Oriented Guided Inquiry Learning projects. The program will reform around NGSS by developing STEAM experiences and other meaningful experiences for students that encourage students to explore their inner scientist through experiential learning.
