Mrs. Belt will lead a book study for Ooltewah Middle School educators that will allow staff to learn about growth and fixed mindsets. In reading “Mindset: The New Psychology of Success,” Mrs. Belt and her colleagues will investigate how students learn and how to foster positive mindsets in both themselves and their students. The study will reach beyond the classroom, as staff will cultivate a community of lifelong learners comprised of parent and community leaders.
