Mrs. Cox will improve her English teaching practice by attending the National Council of Teachers of English’s Annual Convention. During the convention, Mrs. Cox will attend workshops, listen to keynote speakers, and work with leaders in the field. Following the convention, Mrs. Cox will reexamine her approached to teaching language arts and adjust her instruction to best meet the needs of at-risk students.
