At-risk and special education students will take a leadership role in Mrs. Mattson and Mr. Fleming’s Giants Go Green recycling project. Using critical thinking and problem-solving skills, at-risk high school students will work cooperatively with elementary special needs students to develop a recycling plan for the school building. Students will also positively impact their school community by designing educational materials for the student body.
