Ms. McDonald and Ms. Goss will create a diverse library that will support continued learning by providing accessible resources and targeted study topics. Teachers will be empowered to lead change through the development of professional learning communities, embrace leadership roles, and build capacity to continue to develop those roles and deliver quality support and services. Ultimately, the discourse will improve instructional practice and translate into enhanced student achievement.
