Mrs. Robinson-Carney will strengthen her professional practice and improve her teaching performance by obtaining national board certification. Through a series self assessments? including videotaping classroom sessions, documenting quality instruction and planning, and assessing knowledge in pertinent content areas— Mrs. Robinson-Carney will reflect on best practices and work to show them in her teaching. Upon obtaining certification, Mrs. Robinson-Carney will share her knowledge with colleagues and encourage others to obtain national board certification.
