Twelve faculty members associated with CSU Stanislaus’ new doctoral program in Educational Leadership will form a study group to advance skills and competencies associated with both qualitative and quantitative research practices. The activity will contribute to successful teaching and advising of students in the doctoral and master’s programs, who are responsible for improving and advancing education within regional K-12 schools and community colleges. Faculty will review and learn advanced statistical analyses in SPSS and will learn to use EthnoNotes for qualitative analysis. The study group will also facilitate collaborative research projects among faculty.
