To strengthen her skills as Alabama A&M University’s director of field experiences and school partnerships, Dr. Foster will attend the Leadership and Decision Making Conference at Harvard University. Upon returning from the conference, Dr. Foster will use the information and knowledge gained to present professional development workshops with her university’s pre-service teachers as they complete internships with school partners.
