Mr. Givand will investigate the use of technology in several school districts in Minnesota in an attempt to understand its relationship to student achievement. In addition to examining the best practices of effective technology integration, Mr. Givand will examine potential costs and cost savings associated with the hardware and strategies that other districts have implemented.
