To keep both new and experienced educators focused on the importance of building relationships with students and colleagues, Kilpatrick-Ruebner and Bredemeier will introduce the “Dream Big Book Club.” Through the book club, educators will learn methods to set high academic and social expectations for students. A cohort of educators who have attended the Ron Clark Academy will share their experiences as they lead the book club.
