Through Mindfulness training, Ms. Millar and her colleagues will learn how to reduce stress in their lives, which will allow them to become more effective in the classroom. Teachers will practice and then share with students multiple stress reduction and natural conflict resolution skills. As a result, students are expected to display an increase in attention, impulse control, emotional regulation, and empathy.
