To improve her ability to teach a print-based assistive technology, Mrs. Haughney will attend a series of workshops hosted by the Cerebral Palsy Education Centre. The workshops will allow her to develop and implement personalized books that suit the varying communication, language, and physical requirements of students with signification disabilities. Mrs. Haughney will use the expertise gained to train educators, therapists, and parents to learn the methods and habits for being effective communication partners.
