Kristin Trapp

Mrs. Trapp will participate in continued training on trauma response that will provide her with the most recent, research based strategies and techniques offered by nationally recognized trauma experts.  This knowledge will be shared with colleagues in the Collinsville Community Unit 10 School District Help and Response Team (HART), a group of educators that responds to traumatic events affecting students, staff, and members of the community.  Continued education on trauma’s affect on brain development and academic achievement will allow Mrs. Trapp and her teammates to create and improve programs aimed at helping all students academically and emotionally succeed following a traumatic experience.
