Through training and curriculum provided by the Leader in Me Foundation, Pioneer Elementary teachers and staff will develop a culture at the school in which children learn leadership habits and discover within themselves personal strengths that will be used to demonstrate leadership at school, at home, and in the community. Mrs. Dupree and her colleagues will encourage children to use the habits of highly effective people to reach their full potential and impact the world around them.
