Ms. Le and Ms. Grigsby will lead a differentiated professional development for educators of color and provide a support network for issues these educators regularly face. The group will utilize ?Edu-Breakout? kits for team building activities and will use the kits to implement STEM in the classroom. The group will discuss micro-aggressions, hold a self-care workshop, and conduct electronic field trips to bring absent narratives to their classrooms.
