Through the “Literacy through Photography” program, students will learn how to use the art of photography as a means of visual communication and expression. In collaboration with Turning the Page, a local education nonprofit, Ms. Johnson and Ms. Miller will attend professional development seminars, lead students on field trips of photography exhibits, provide students with digital cameras, and work with students in developing writing skills.
