Mrs. Otero and Mrs. Hlavka will create a workgroup of education support professionals (ESPs) to develop a cross-classification induction handbook. The handbook will be distributed to new ESPs and peers who will coach them. The workgroup will additionally serve as induction coaches and pilot the handbook to support new ESPs in their respective schools.
