Flanagan will improve his professional practice by attending the Teachers College Writer’s Workshop Summer Institute at Columbia University. While there, Flanagan will attend sessions focused on implementing the Writer’s Workshop in his classroom. Upon completion, Flanagan will share resources and tools with colleagues and parents through workshop presentations, planning sessions, and specialized outreach campaigns.
