To prepare students for global STEM careers that will require greater language competency and cultural understanding, the Woodland Hills language department will expand their program beyond French and Spanish to include German, a mastery of which is highly desirable in many STEM career paths. By implementing German, Ms. Tanski and Mrs. Tiboni will encourage their students to master multiple languages and cultures that will make them highly competitive in the 21st Century workforce.
