Vanessa Strassner

Mrs. Strassner will implement the “Whale Done” behavior modification program to build an effective learning community among staff and students. Students will receive copies of the “Whale Done School” text, which teaches learners to build trust, accentuate positive attitudes, and redirect energy when mistakes occur. By using the practice of redirection, students will learn to overcome the possible negative problems that occur on buses and in classrooms.
