Deborah Dubord

Mrs. Dubord and Mrs. Hatt will convene a study group to deepen their ability to understand and effectively respond to the growing number of children entering school with a history of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs). The cohort will act as critical interventionists and create a pivot point for school success for students. Mrs. Dubord and her colleagues will study research on brain plasticity and form strategies to intervene and positively influence learning, social and emotional growth, and character development for ACE children.
