Eboni Walker

To address an English Language Learner population struggling to make consistent gains in academic achievement, Ms. Walker and Ms. Moy will lead a continuing collegial study of the Sheltered Instruction Observation Protocol (SIOP). Educators will participate in a study circle and be trained in the implementation and evaluation of SIOP and how the tool can improve student achievement. The resulting teaching and learning of English Language Learner (ELL) students will be measured by student language proficiency.
