In ?The Edible Classroom,? students will be introduced to aquaponics and hydroponics, which will allow them to grow plants and harvest fish that will be used to provide healthy foods for their lunches. The project-based classroom environment will allow students to engage in hands-on learning and experience project management, growth, and sustainability. Students will become ?agri-preneurs? by growing and selling their products at the school?s Farmers Market and will reinvest their profits into their Edible Classroom.
