Ms. Flowers will lead a collaborative project between three high school teachers and the Integrated Nanosystems Development Institute (INDI) at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis. The proposed nanotechnology experience will include lectures, discussion sessions, and three nanotechnology hands-on experiments. Students will design, build, test, and analyze dye-sensitized solar cells, solar cell cars, and fuel cell cars charged with solar cells. At the conclusion of the project students will prepare posters and present them to teachers, parents, and other students.
