Wanda Hanley

Mrs. Hanley and her colleagues will participate in a Conscious Discipline Social and Emotional Learning program. Using the Conscious Discipline Brain State model, the group will learn to see conflict as an opportunity rather than a disruption, and misbehavior as a call for help rather than disrespect. The cohort will learn the seven skills of discipline, seven powers of self-regulation, and gain the understanding they need to change the perception of conflict and create a school family.
