Divya Gadre was named her Market Managing Principal of BDO USA’s Assurance practice for the Greater Washington D.C./Baltimore market. Gadre is responsible for leadership of the market including people, client service and operational performance. With over 20 years’ experience, she takes a holistic approach to client service, drawing on her extensive background serving a diverse range of clients with a focus on nonprofit organizations to address their unique financial and operational needs.
Prior to BDO, she was an Audit Manager at Argy, Wiltse & Robinson, P.C. and was on the audit staff at Deloitte. She earned a BS and MS in Accounting from Rutgers Business School. Divya was named a 2025 Business Leader by the Washington Business Journal and was named a Champion for Women by the Greater Washington Society of CPA’s in 2024. She was nominated for the Forbes Top 200 CPAs in Public Practice 2025.
